cafe cursor berlin
this one guys, well this one was a HARD one to organize.
let me tell you, spending hours with UPS support and the German customs office on the phone to explain that the 100 coffee beans im receiving are a gift and not being sold commercially, well that almost was my 13th reason this week.

coffee beans aside (and they did not arrive on time), the event was the first café cursor in berlin! answering a tweet from THE ben lang (from cursor) in November led to me co-organizing this with the cursor ambassador in germany!
some of my highlights include: the personalized receipts every guest got, hackily checking luma whether a guest was checked in and then sending a request to groq for a cute little welcome message, that was SWEET! Folks got $50 free cursor credits, free coffee and pastries and wifi that worked most of the time 🫠
what am i learning from this? im a masochist and love organizing events a bit too much. i also care too much about something just working smoothly when i decide to do it, so i will do everything to make my vision come true as well.
im writing this with 4 active brain cells left, after sleeping 4 1/2 hours only and with an event that was a huge success in my book and ready to fly to london for a week of... i have no idea?
